A letter to our Daddy: Daddy when I see you smile I can face anything, and I can do anything. For every breath I take I will look for you. You see Daddy I used to see in black and white but when we needed someone to turn to, you put the blue back into the sky, you put the rainbow in my eyes, and now there's color everywhere. You put the red back in the rose, just when I needed it the most. You taught us love, courage and you gave us strength. You put back the silver lining everywhere. You put back the color into our lives. You taught us to see all the beauty in color. And now that you're gone we will remember you in all the colors that we see. So Daddy it will be with great difficulty that we learn to spread our wings and fly without you. For you are now and will be forever our Hero. One more thing, when you catch up with all your family, compadres and friends from the Fire Department, and you're feeling lonely, Daddy you can always come for me. For you will be missed, more than you will ever know. We love you more than the stars in the sky. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary 400 Third St. SW. 247-4124
