Jeffrey Baca, age 43, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 following a courageous battle with medical complications. He was born March 16, 1962 in Farmington, NM to parents Boni and Rita Baca. Jeffrey is survived by his father, Boni Baca; Boni's wife, Sylvia Baca; his sister, Trish Hadden; brothers, Ronald and Anthony Baca; nephews, Justin Granich and Brandon Hadden; neice, Emily Hedges; grandmother, Otilia Chavez; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. He is further survived by his extended family at Adelante House where he resided in Belen, NM. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rita Baca. A Rosary Service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2005 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW at 7:00 p.m. Graveside Services will be held Monday, October 31, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Cemetary in Santa Rosa, NM. Deacon Arsenio Sanchez will officiate. A special thanks to the staff at Adelante for all their help and support through the years.
