Mary (Marie) Loomis, age 90, died peacefully in the arms of her family Thursday, October 27, 2005. A resident of Albuquerque for more than 55 years, she leaves behind a large, loving family who miss her deeply. She is survived by her children, Andy Loomis, Stephanie Grenier and husband, Guillermo, Peter Loomis and wife, Lu; along with 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Loomis, in 1992. Memorial Service will be held Monday, October 31, 2005, 10:00 a.m., at First Unitarian Church, 3701 Carlisle NE. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park.
