Raymond A. Exley, 86, passed away October 2, 2005 in Littleton, CO. Having lived in Albuquerque for 14 years, he had worked as a design engineer for ACF Industries, Inc. His wife of 62 years, Ernette Exley, preceded him in death earlier this year. Mr. Exley is survived by one daughter, Jeanne Hicks of Arlington, TX; and by four sons: Charles Exley of Albuquerque; Robert Exley of Centennial, CO; Donald Exley of Parker, CO; and Richard Exley of Phoenix, AZ. His family also included eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Raymond Exley will take place Friday, October 28, 2005, 11:00 a.m., at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Menaul Blvd., NE, Albuquerque. Mr. Exley had been an early leader in the congregation during the 1950s. Memorial gifts may be directed to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
