Ruby V. Archuleta passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2005 at age 57. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Johnny J. Archuleta Jr. Ruby will be missed by anyone and everyone who knew her. She loved to cook and bake for any reason, but what she loved most was family. It was always a family gathering when you went to her house. She was the center of family and keeping them together. Ruby is survived by her husband, Leroy J. (Jumbo) Archuleta; a daughter, Monica; two sons, Frank and John; a brother, Jerry Harbold; three sisters, Catherine Sundsmo, LaVerne Gonzales, and Terry LaCour. She has six grandchildren, Crystal Leyba, Jimmy and Christopher Romero, Autumn Archuleta, Angel and Mariano; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and lots of cousins. Rosary will be recited Monday, October 24, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., at Santuario De San Martin, 8321 Camino San Martin SW. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., at Santuario De San Martin. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
