Kenneth E. Welker passed away on Tuesday October 18, 2005. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty Jean Welker; son, Kenneth Welker and wife, Susan; grandchildren, Wendy Rue and husband, Sander, Kenly Smith and husband, Dallas, Jim Welker and companion, Kathi Ward and Angela McGovern and husband, KC; and 11-great grandchildren. Kenneth retired from Rich Ford after 24 years of service. He proudly served in the U.S. Marines during WWII was at Iwo Jima during the flag raising. Mr. Welker was also an avid motorcycle enthusiast. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2005. A Funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Sunrise Funeral Options.
