Mack Armijo, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather and friend died Tuesday, September 20, 2005. He was born Sunday, January 2, 1915 in Reserve, NM. Mack is survived by his sons, Richard Armijo and wife, Rosie, Leo (Larry) Armijo and wife, Anna; grandchildren, Eric Armijo and wife, Becky, Renee Hoover and husband, Scott, Michael Armijo, Debra Ortega and husband, Jerry, Lisa Armijo, Joe Ruiz and wife, Tami, Vivian Ruiz, Irene Ruiz, and Franky Ruiz; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eufilia Armijo; parents, Espiridion and Francisca Armijo; brothers, Fidel Armijo, Fermin Armijo, Joe Armijo and Domingo Armijo. If there is one word to describe Mack, it would be strong, strong minded, strong bodied, strong spirited and strong willed. His strength will be truly missed. Services will be held on Monday, 10:00 a.m., at Casa Del Rey Christian Church, 2500 Corona Dr NW. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
