Obituary for EILER

Alicia Ordonez Eiler, age 78, died Friday, September 16, 2005 in a local hospital. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Robert "Don" Eiler of Albuquerque, NM and daughter, Alicia Ann Eiler-Ordonez and adopted daughter, Oguljan Halliyeva and husband, Nathan Young, and daughter, Chemen Alicia Young, all of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by two sisters, Carmen Ordonez Uranga and Lourdes Ordonez Uranga of Chihuahua, Mexico; cousin, Maria Luisa Arguelles and family, of Albuquerque, NM; the Lowrey family of El Paso, TX, the Urrutia-Uranga family, the Rojo-Uranga family and her many nieces and nephews from the Ordonez-Cardenas family in Mexico. She was a member of Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church. She was also a former member of Holy Ghost Parish for 28 years. Alicia was employed with Presbyterian Hospital as a nurse for 27 years. She was honored as employee of the month for November of 1991 at Presbyterian Hospital. The lives of countless 3B patients and nurses will retain the positive impact Alicia Eiler has had on their lives. She was appreciated by all as a friend, a mentor and a surrogate mother. A Rosary will be held Sunday, September 18, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Mass of Resurrection will be held Monday, September 19, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, Phoenix and Vermont NE.
