Donn T. Davies, 89, of El Prado, NM passed away on September 10, 20005. In 1992 Donn was awarded the Chester A. Reynolds Award at the National Cowboy Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City, an honor reserved for great figures in the American West. In 2004 he was inducted into the Culver Military Academy Horsemanship Hall of Fame in Indiana for his equestrian accomplishments. He is survived by his wife Henny, four children, Maria Scott of Mill Valley CA, Donn Davies of Taos, NM, Charles Davies of Rio Rancho, NM, Susie Tate of Cimarron, NM and 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
