Clara Gallegos Cook, 82, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, August 16, 2005. She is survived by her children, Clifford Cook and wife, Sheila, Clovis Cook, Orlando "Junior" Cook, Dorothy Trujeque and husband, Michael, Phillip Cook and wife, Agnes, Ronald Cook, and Ivan Cook and wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Rose Benavidez, Edward Gallegos, Harold Sanchez, Ramona Cook, Nancy Anzures, Rebecca Cook, Kimberly Chavez, Joseph Cook, Paul Cook, Annette "Blue" Dixon, Hilda Bencomo, Clarissa Trujeque, Liz Trujeque, Renee Cook, Jessica Frazier, Tiffany Cook, and Heather Cook; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Flora Garcia and Hilda Greigo and husband, Jimmy; brothers, Eddie Gallegos and Joe Gallegos. Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin H. Cook; daughter, Lorraine Cook; and son, Billy Cook. Prayer Services will be held on Thursday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 9:00 a.m., at Holy Family Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW.
