Charles F. Ross, 79, an Albuquerque resident for over seventy years, died Wednesday, August 10, 2005. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Helen Ross of Albuquerque; sons, Jeff Ross and wife, Lia of Tijeras, NM; daughter, Sally Ross of Albuquerque; step-son, Bobby R. Thompson of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Leah, Greg, Misty, John, Frank, and Matthew; daughter-in-law, Ann Ross of Rio Rancho, NM. He was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children, Marjorie Ruth Ross and a son, Pete Ross. Mr. Ross was a US Navy veteran of WWII. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of the VA Hospital, especially Ernie Esparza, Judy Johannes and Dr. Robert Parsons for the special care and kindness they gave him. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2005 at Eastridge Wesleyan Church, 12417 Constitution NE with Pastor Jim Turner, officiating.
