Obituary for TAYLOR

Leif Taylor, age 51 and a lifelong New Mexico resident, left this life on August 5, 2005. He was born on July 8, 1954 in Albuquerque. He was the owner and operator of the Art Framing Center in Albuquerque for the past 20 years. His sisters, Mary Ann and Lisa Titzl both preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Monica Taylor; son, Richard "RJ", age 15; and a daughter, Crista, age 10. Also surviving Leif are his mother, Pauline Peterson and father, Richard Titzl, both of Albuquerque; three brothers, Karl Titzl, Tom Titzl of Albuquerque and Rick Titzl along with Karen Beck of Edgewood; as well as a sister, Barbara and her husband, Rudy Fajardo. Leif had two nephews, Daniel and Evan Fajardo; and three nieces, Vanessa, Janel, and Angela Titzl. An aunt and uncle, Trueheart and Robert Titzl of Louisville, KY, also survive him. Leif was a member of the Lobo Club and was a dedicated Lobo fan. He was an avid golfer and bowler and played softball. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends and will be in our hearts and memory forever. Leif Taylor will be cremated and a Memorial will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Aspen Funeral Alternatives at 1935 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE. Services are open to all friends and family.
