Richard K. "Dick" Hill, a resident of Albuquerque since 1946, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, died Sunday, August 7, 2005. He is survived by his wife of almost 27 years, Janet Hill; daughter, Cara Blackmon and husband, Robert of Bardstown, KY; sons, Richard Allen Chumbler of Fort Myers, FL, Jeff Hill and wife, Rosie of Corrales, Gary Hill and wife, Barrie of Shreveport, LA, Clay Wilson and wife, Cathie of Pagosa Springs, CO, Sam Wilson and wife, Merita of Rincon, NM; grandchildren, Josh, Joseph, Jacob, Meadow, Beau, Haley, Hope, Clark, Jody, Michael, Crystal, Jim Cody, Vera, Ben, Marshall, Crispin, Johnathon; great-grandchildren, Ryland and Grady; sister, Deanna VanderLaan of Albuquerque; niece, Debi Cone of Albuquerque; nephew, Doug VanderLaan of Saginaw, MI; great-nieces, Lauren Cone of Albuquerque and Britney VanderLaan of Saginaw, MI; great-nephew, Chase Cone of Albuquerque; very special friend, Ty Terrall of Socorro; and many cousins and loving friends. Dick was a proud member of Local Union #412 Plumbers and Pipefitters for 45 years and was a member of Masonic Lodge #60. Services with Masonic Rites will be held Wednesday, 1:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church, 101 Broadway Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
