Anthony "Sarge" Maturo, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2005. Sarge was born on September 6, 1914 in Brooklyn, New York. He was a resident of Rio Rancho, NM since 1977. Sarge was a very patriotic and wonderful man who will be deeply missed. Lori and Don would like to thank the staff at the Rio Rancho Nursing Center and Odyssey Hospice for all of their loving care and compassion. The family would also like to invite you to the Graveside Service that will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Vista Verde Memorial Park, Garden of Patriots (Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln.) in Rio Rancho.
