Blasita (Sally) Madrid, 80, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on July 10, 2005 at her home. She devoted her entire life caring for her family and unselfishly helping others by sharing all she had with those in need. Mrs. Madrid was preceded in death by her husband, Ignacio Madrid; her sons, Ignacio Jr., Edmund and Paul. She is survived by her sons, Charlie, Sam and Ralph; her daughters, Maxine, Sandra, Juanita and Bernadette; and 15 grandchildren. Honoring her wishes, Mrs. Madrid will have a Rosary at St. Anne's Church 1400 Arenal Rd. SW 90 Friday, July 15, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. and a Mass on Saturday July 16, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. A gathering after her mass will be held to celebrate her life and her legacy. Friends and family are welcome.
