Obituary for ROMINE

James C. Romine 76, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2005. He is survived by his beloved wife, Pauline; son, James Romine and wife of Los Lunas, NM; daughter, Terri Bussey; five grandchildren and extended family. Mr. Romine is preceded in death by his parents James and Opal Romine. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was married in 1949. Mr. Romine served in United States Air Force in WWII. He also served as a volunteer fireman. Mr. Romine owned and operated a Texaco franchise in the Texas panhandle until 1969. He moved to Albuquerque in 1970 and worked for Phillips Petroleum until his retirement in 1990. Mr. Romine was a member of the Albuquerque International Camp Gideon, and member of Grace Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Presbyterian Kaseman Hospice Inpatient Unit, P.O. Box 26666, Albuquerque, NM 87125.
