David B. Dixon, 55, beloved Husband, Father, PaPaw, Teacher, Fisherman and Friend died, Monday, May 16, 2005 after a brief illness. . He is survived by his devoted wife, Rose; sons, Aaron Dixon and Stephen Weisweaver and wife, Danielle; daughters, Aedriel Mulliniks and husband, Mike, Jennifer Pierce and husband, Scott and Ashley Morse; grandchildren, Rachel Price, Stephanie Morse, Chance Pierce, Alexis Pierce, Eric Mulliniks, Eliana Mulliniks, Stephen Antonio Weisweaver and Tristan Weisweaver; brothers, Steven Dixon and wife, Nina and Rick Dixon and wife, Mercy; sisters-in-law, Mary Pat Wight and Gail Ann Wight; brother-in-law, Allen Wight and best friends, Len Schmeltzer and Marcia Demento. David spent the last 28 years at Eldorado High School where he was technology coordinator, taught science, worked as gym master and coached Science Bowl. He was President and active member of Cibola Search and Rescue. A Prayer Vigil will be held Friday, May 20, 2005, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, May 21, 2005, 10:00 a.m. at Aquinas Newman Center on the UNM Campus. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
