Bill D. Carroll, 70, a resident of Bosque Farms since 1977, passed away suddenly Sunday, May 15, 2005. He is survived by his son, Mark Carroll and wife, LaDonna of San Diego, CA; daughter, Aleta Krauss of Claymont, DE; stepdaughters, Vickie Hawks and husband, Bill of Bartlesville, OK, Peggy Nicoll and husband, Jack of Peralta, NM and Georgia Richardson of Albuquerque; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jo Etheridge and Elaine Glass, both of Iowa; numerous nieces, nephews, special friends and neighbors. Mr. Carroll was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Rosella Carroll. He joined the military from Mississippi where he served in the Marine Corps for 10 years and Air Force for 12 years during which he served honorably in the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. Graveside services will be held Friday, 1:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
