Chau Tsoi, 94, of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 9, 2005 at the Manor Care Nursing Home in Albuquerque. She was born on October 18, 1910 in Toi San, China. She raised one daughter and helped to raise five grandchildren in Toi San, China. She immigrated to the U.S. in 1980 and continued with great devotion to take care of grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Kansas City, MO and Amarillo, TX. She is survived by her daughter (Ling Lau); five grandchildren (Rita, Ming, Christine, Rebecca, and Steve); and ten great-grandchildren.
