John L. Miers, age 51 and a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died on Monday, May 2, 2005 in a local hospital following an illness. John was born in Albuquerque on December 10, 1953 to the late Robert J. and Eupha (Merrell) Miers. He is survived by one sister, Cheryl A. Miers of Albuquerque; three aunts, Grace Bostick, Carolyn Talbot, and Mildred Leeson. Graveside Services will be held Thursday May 5, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE with Chaplain Gordon Stuit officiating. All services are under the care and direction of: Fitzgerald and Son 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE 884-1188
