Julia B. Mrs. Julia B. Chavez, 75, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on March 31, 2005. Mrs. Chavez is survived by her loving children, Jude Vallez and wife, Charlotte, Ramona Baca and husband, Gene Sr., Charlie Vallez and wife, Virginia, Tom Chavez and wife, Erica, Irma Ramirez, Darlene Romero and husband, Porfirio, Denise Chavez, Lupita Gaspar and Gloria Chavez; her mother, Maria Elena Torres; two sisters, Maria Elena and Gloria; one brother, Benjamin Barraza; 33 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Chavez was preceded in death by her husband, Estanislado T. Chavez and a son, Dennis Chavez. A visitation for Mrs. Chavez will be Monday afternoon in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to be held at 1:00 by Pastor Ken Moore. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Manuel Romero, Raymond Nevarez, Geno Baca Jr., Rudy Ramirez, Julian Vallez, and Adam Ramirez.
