Mary C. Widener, age 70, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2005. She was born in Chilili, NM and was longtime resident of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Widener; parents, Eduardo and Juanita Gutierrez. Mary is survived by her children, Steve Widener and wife, Margaret and Juanita Widener; grandchildren, Jennifer, Michelle, Amanda, Stephanie, Hector, Joseph, and Anthony; sisters, Sofia Moya and Tocha Orona; brother, Joe Gutierrez and wife, Betty; many other family members and friends who loved and will miss her. Memorial Services will be held at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix NE, near San Mateo and Menaul NE, with a Rosary being recited at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2005. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2005, with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
