Clara P. Cassel, born December 10, 1912 in Cedar Rapids, NE, was called home at last on Easter Sunday morning, March 27, 2005 while residing in Albuquerque, NM. She had lived in Albuquerque for 62 years and had been a member of several parishes, including Immaculate Conception, Holy Ghost, Our Lady of Annunciation, and Our Lady of Fatima. She leaves her loving children Mary, Kathleen, Marti, Bill, and Rick; and many grand- and great-grandchildren. She rejoins her parents Fred and Mary; husband, Ed; and children, John and Barbara in eternal life, free from the ravages of Alzheimer's and her prison of blindness. Clara's strength and determination is revered by those who knew her. A Prayer Vigil will be recited on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Memorial Mass is pending.
