Marjorie E. Farquhar, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2005. She is survived by her daughter, Roberta Farquhar and her partner, Sonja Martens of Albuquerque; sons, Jeffrey and wife, Gye Farquhar of Chula Vista, CA. and Mark and wife, Teresa Farquhar of Jemez Spring, NM; grandchildren, Kathryn and Neven Farquhar. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil M. Farquhar. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, her home and family were her life. She was an avid reader and talented craftswoman and spent many hours crocheting blankets for the Linous Project. She was a lifelong member of the Community of Christ Church. Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2005 at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, March 27, 2005 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at French Mortuary- Westside Chapel.
