Obituary for CHIUSANO

Joseph "Joe" John Chiusano, 68, a resident of Rio Rancho since 1989, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2005. Joe was born March 28, 1936 the son of Vincent and Lucy Davaina Chiusano in Brooklyn, NY. He had worked as an engineer at Leviton Manufacturing in New York for over 30 years. Joe was co owner of Rio Rancho Ironworks. He founded the Westside Cruisers Car Club; he loved to cook and especially loved to eat. Was a wonderful husband and father. Joe never met a stranger, and enjoyed joking around with others. Was known as a true schmoozer. Joe is survived by his beloved wife Patricia of Rio Rancho; three children, Lauren Morrano and husband, Randy of Brooklyn, NY, Brian Chiusano of Brooklyn, NY, and Trish Motzkus and husband, Kyle of Brillion, WI; five grandchildren, Ryan, Alexandra, Vincent, Joseph, and Andrew; and a host of loving friends. A Celebration of Life will be held for Joe on Sunday, March 13, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. In lieu of flowers, it has been suggested that memorials be made in Joe's name to the Westside Cruisers, 2321 Arlin Court, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
