Dewey Kelly II, born July 28, 1955, went to be with the Lord, Friday March 4, 2005. He is survived by his two sons, Dewey Kelly Placencio III and Shawn Patrick; ex -wife of 32 years, Cathy Strange Placencio; and other family members.
