Obituary for JOHNSON

Betty Jane Johnson. Our beloved mother and grandmother passed away at Elaine and David Clanon's, her daughter and son-in-law's home in Corrales on Saturday, February 12, 2005 at the age of 83. She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Johnson. She is survived by her other daughter, Lesley Salazar of Albuquerque and son, Jim Johnson of Springfield, TN; granddaughters, Michelle Lisenbee, Meghan Salazar, and Marisa Salazar and her fiance, Jason Hart, and their father, David Salazar; and sister-in-law, Charlotte Toulouse. A Memorial Service will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, February 18, 2005, at 3:00 p.m. with family member Rev. Canon Geoffrey Butcher officiating. The family will receive guests at the Toulouse family home at 1020 Adams Street SE in Albuquerque from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. following the Service. Betty and family pets Liz, Loki, Bobby, Leo, Ringo, Zao, Sumo, Penelope, Joe Bird and Spice Girl request that instead of flowers, gifts may be given to Animal Humane Association of New Mexico, 615 Virginia Street SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. Remember me with smiles and laughter . . . . . . For that is how I will remember you.
