Robin Lyn Emery, 31, passed away in Austin, Texas. Born February 10, 1973, Robin was the daughter of Kathy Emery of Hilton Head, South Carolina and the late Michial M. Emery. She is survived by her mother; a sister, Erin Emery Long and husband, Kevin Long; and nephew, Cooper Jonathan Long of Ft. Worth; and her grandmother, Helen Emery of El Paso. Robin's family also includes aunts and uncles, Jan and Mary Duggan of Austin and Richard and Jeanette Emery of El Paso; cousins, Lee Emery and children, Karen Emery and children, Kris and Mike Fouts and children, Karla and Eric Tabor and children; and a cherished and supportive extended family. Robin loved and was loved by an extraordinary group of friends from all over the globe. Ms. Emery is a graduate of Albuquerque Academy and attained a BA in Film and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Texas. She recently earned an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. Robin was a passionate and spirited woman whose interests and talents led her to travel and work in many parts of the world. Robin touched many lives and will be missed. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 14, 2005 at the Asbury United Methodist Church, 10000 Candelaria Rd NE.
