Joe R. Baca, age 76, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, was called home by our Heavenly Father, Saturday, February 5, 2005. Joe was born in Conjilon, NM; and was a resident of Albuquerque since 1963. He was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Josie Baca; his children, Sally, Jose, Maria, Josie, and Lorraine; three sisters, Marinez, Eullia, and Perfilia; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other beloved family members and friends. Joe will be greatly missed by his loving family. Visitations will be Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. till the time of Rosary at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church; where a rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. Final viewing will be Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Interment will follow at San Carlos Cemetery.
