Helen Terry. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Helen Terry Michael, 81, died the morning of Friday, January 28, 2005, following a lengthy illness. Helen is survived by her daughter, Erin M. Ruscetti and husband, Joey; granddaughters, Megan C. Chavez, Morgan C. Chavez; sister, Kathaleen Previti; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Michael. Helen spent the majority of her life in Albuquerque where she assisted in the operation of the family owned business, Michael's Bar and Lounge, on Menaul. In addition, she worked for Southern Union Gas Company, Broadway Southwest, and Maloof Industries. Helen was instrumental in the fund-raising efforts for the March of Dimes in the 1960s and the organization of the twenty-fifth and fortieth year reunions for the Albuquerque High School class of 1942. She was also a volunteer for a number of years at Our Lady of Annunciation School. A Memorial Rosary Service will be held Saturday, February 5, 2005, 4:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Chapel.
