Billye M. Ms. Billye M. Brown, age 78, of The Villages, FL died Saturday, January 15, 2005, in Wildwood, FL. Ms. Brown had recently moved to The Villages from Waynesville, N.C. where she spent her summers. In the past she wintered in Naples, FL. She was a graduate of the University of New Mexico, an Episcopalian, an avid golfer, and bridge player. Ms. Brown was instrumental in beginning animal adoption programs in Texas, Missouri as well as Tennessee, specializing in bichon dogs. Survivors include her companion, Clifford Kirkbride along with two stepsons, Bill Brown of Anacortes, WA and Doug Brown of Scottsdale, AZ.
