Anita M. Ortega died January 14, 2005, at 70 years of age. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Ortega. She is survived by her four children, Manuel Ortega, Margaret Ortega Gonzalez and husband Lalo, Phillip Ortega and wife Deborah, Anthony Ortega; her brothers, Miguel and Gilbert Ortega; sister Mary Ramirez and husband Tony; as well as twelve Grandchildren and ten Great-Grandchildren. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday the 18th at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. The Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday the 19th at Our Lady of Guadalupe church (times to be announced); interment will follow at The Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
