Nancy J. Cota went home to be with the Lord on December 30, 2004 at the age of 46. She was born to Robert F. and Margaret Hill Jones on August 14, 1958 in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Cota was a member of San Jose de Duranes Mission Church. She was preceded in death by her father, father-in-law Gilbert Lucero and brother-in-law Carl Anaya. She is survived by her husband Patrick Cota; mother, Margaret Jones; brothers-in-law, Gilbert Lucero and wife Sylvia, Paul Lucero and wife Alice and Steven Lucero Jr.; sisters, Marilyn Anderson, Janet Jenkins and husband Bud and Barbara Nelson; sister-in-law, Rosalie Garcia and husband Leroy and numerous nieces and nephews. Nancy will be deeply missed by her loving family. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose de Duranes Mission Church, 2110 Los Luceros Rd. N.W. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. also at San Jose de Duranes Mission Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steven Lucero Sr., Mike Anderson, Kenny Anderson, Tom Anderson, Russell Flymen, Jonathan Jenkins, Steven Lucero Jr., Michael McAfee and Bud Jenkins.
