Barbara Ellen Taylor, a resident of Canon, near Jemez Pueblo, passed away on December 25, 2004 with her loving family at her side. Born on October 6, 1943, Barbara loved to brighten the lives of those around her and taught us all to embrace life. She is survived by her husband, Sidney E. Taylor, Sr. of Canon, NM and her stepchildren, Laura Taylor and her companion, Fred Fiedler of Hico, TX, Sidney E. Taylor, Jr. and his wife, Karen Taylor, Richard Taylor and John Pacheco, all of Jemez Springs, NM. She is also survived by a daughter, Rachel Fonda of Ardmore, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Strong-Thorne Mortuary. A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date.
