Mr. Arturo Gonzales, 83, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 29, 2004 peacefully at home in the arms of his loving family. Mr. Gonzales is survived by his children, Christine Romero and David, Robert Gonzales and Ted Gonzales of Las Cruces, NM. Mr. Gonzales is also survived by two sisters, Frances Lucero and husband, Leo and Orcelia Trujillo of Taos, NM; two brothers, Benny Gonzales and Frank Gonzales; six grandchildren, Brian and Debbie Romero, Steven and Stephanie Gonzales of Las Cruces, NM, Robert Jr., Desiree Gonzales; two great grandchildren, Trinity Gonzales and Alberta Rose ( Pepsi ) Gonzales. Mr. Gonzales was preceded in death by his wife, Alberta Gonzales. Mr. Gonzales was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the United States Army. A visitation for Mr. Gonzales will be Sunday afternoon in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 2:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. A final visitation will be Monday morning in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper NW. Interment will follow in the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. with Military Honors by the U.S. Army. Pallbearers will be his family. Arrangements by: Gabaldon Mortuary 1000 Old Coors Rd SW
