Jesus M. (Marion) Ortega, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness on December 27th 2004. Final viewing will be Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Casket bearers will be Charles R. Thomas, Tony Ortega, Filbert Chavez, Eloy J. Ortega, Michael M. Ortega Jr., and Steve Serna.
