Obituary for GURULE

Irene . Mrs. Irene Gurule, 68, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on December 25, 2004 peacefully at home in the arms of her loving family. Mrs. Gurule is the beloved wife to Mr. Henry Gurule, married for 48 years. Mrs. Gurule is also survived by her son, John Gurule; her daughter, Riette Gurule-Jenkins and husband, Bill; grandsons, Brandon and Bayley Gurule, Ryan, Christian and Conner Jenkins; two sisters, Laura Lucero, Mary McBride and husband, James; two brothers, Bobby Garcia and wife, Bertha, Martin Padilla and wife, Sophie; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Gurule was a member of the Catholic Church, Irene and Henry were married in 1957 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A visitation for Mrs. Gurule will be Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 412 Stover Avenue SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m, by Deacon Tom Perez. A final visitation will be Thursday morning at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00. with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. by Father James Moore. Pallbearers will be Ted Lucero, Bobby Lucero, Bobby Garcia Jr., Aaron Dirickson, Larry Gurule, and Reyes Gurule. Honorary pallbearers will be Domingo Griego and Jimmy McBride.
