Larry Chris Padilla, 46, passed away December 16, 2004 after a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his father, Fidel B. Padilla. He is survived by his mother, Nora A. Padilla; daughter, HaiLee Padilla; son, Jacob Padilla, and grandsons, Jaylen and Elijah Padilla. He is also survived by three brothers and their families: James Duran, wife Dorothy, children Danette Lara, Diana Rodriguez, Yolanda, Michael, Lorenzo, and Chris Duran; Arnold Padilla, wife Stephanie, children Emily, Caitlin, and Alejandro; and Richard Padilla, wife Bennie, children Benai and Danika. He leaves behind his aunts and uncles, Virginia and Tony Lueras; Aurora and Procopio Sandoval; Gloria and Florencio Gabaldon; Elias and Rose Padilla; and many cousins and friends. Larry owned and operated Greener Visions, a landscape design company, for 15 years. The Rosary will be recited at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd SW, on Sunday, December 19, at 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 20, also at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Danny Lueras, Berdine Sandoval, Benai Padilla, Danika Padilla, Ronald Gabaldon and Alejandro Padilla.
