Danny Montoya 21, a resident of Bernalillo passed away Thursday, December 16. He is survived by his mother, Debbie; father, Lawrence; wife, Melanie; son, Danny Jr.; brother, Lawrence; and sister, April; paternal grandmother, Josie McIntosh; paternal great-grandmother, Minnie Montoya; maternal grandparents, Paul and Priscilla Gonzales; and maternal great-grandfather, Fermin Nieto. Danny is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitations will be held Monday, December 20, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. The Rosary will be recited on Monday, December 19, at 7:00 pm at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo. The Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, December 21, at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo. Interment will follow at the Bernalillo Cemetery. Pall bearers will be Lawrence Montoya Jr., Martin Montoya, Andrew Montoya, Randy Carter, Josh Gutierrez, and Daniel Lopez.
