Katie Bell Collier, 87, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2004. She is survived by her son, Stan E. Collier of Albuquerque; granddaughter, Cristin Collier of Denver, CO; brother, Herman Stein of Albuquerque; and sisters, Mary Green and Elsie Collier both of Oklahoma. Katie was born in Wellston, OK and married Earl Collier on January 6, 1940. They moved to Roswell, NM and farmed in the community of East Grand Plains until their retirement. In 1994, Katie moved to Albuquerque to a retirement center. Funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions should be made to The Christian Children's Home, 1356 NM 236, Portales, NM 88130.
