Lidia Acosta, 64, returned to Christ on Sunday, December 5, 2004. She is survived by her husband, Jesus Acosta; children, Lydia Ramirez and husband, Yurgen, Jesus Acosta, and wife, Lourdes, Veronica Casas and husband, Manuel, Maria Castillo and husband, Pascual, Rosa Vasquez and husband, Carlos, Raul Acosta, Sara Cante and husband, Huroaldo, Jacobo Acosta and wife, Rosa, and Zoar Palma and husband, Ruben; grandchildren, Isai, Areli, Deborah, Anita, Jesse, Cathleene, Tamara, Matthew, Gabriela, Carlos, Jeremias, Joshua, Sara, Joseph, Adrianne, Nichole, Kate and Ruben; and five great-grandchildren. Lidia was a member of The Church of God Evangelic, where she was also the Minister's wife and touched many, many lives. She will be deeply missed by her loving family. Services will be held on Tuesday, 6:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel with Minister Lorenzo Arroyo officiating. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Jesse Acosta, Raul Acosta, Jacob Acosta, Abraham Sanchez, Yurgen Ramirez, Huroaldo Cante, Pascual Castillo and Isai Ramirez.
