Rosemary Valdez, a woman of beauty, joy, and love was called home by our Heavenly Father, on Sunday, November 14, 2004. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe L. Valdez. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Marlowe, Jeanette Valdez, Joseph David Valdez and his late wife, Jean, Rosemary Maes and her husband, John, Kelly Valdez-Ayres and her husband, Bob; 11 grandchildren, Gregg Marlowe, Nicole Quinlan and her husband, Robert, Miguel Gonzales and his wife, Jamie, Dan Gonzales and his wife, Rebecca, Mark Gonzales, Joe Gonzales and his wife, Stephanie, Charli Gonzales Valdez and his wife, Susana, Joseph Valdez and his wife, Milany, Jonathon Valdez, Dinah Valdez, John Maes III; and 14 great-grandchildren, and one pending. She lived her life as an example of God's love, and has left a legacy of compassion, strength and a love of life. Rosary will be recited Friday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. NE. A video tribute of Rosemary's life will follow the Rosary. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at Aquinas Newman Center, 1815 Las Lomas Rd. NE. Interment will follow at Mt.
