Obituary for TRUJILLO

Isabel Allison Trujillo, 81, a resident of Rio Rancho, and a native New Mexican, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2004. Isabel was born December 7, 1922 the daughter of Thomas and Carmen Hinojos Allison in Santa Clara, New Mexico. She had worked as a secretary for the Federal Aviation Administration before retiring in 1987. Isabel was a very devout Catholic and very active in her church, St. Thomas Aquinas . She was a resident Avon lady for 17 years; lived to play Bingo; loved going to Las Vegas, NV, going on cruises and she adored her grandchildren. Isabel was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her husband Ismael in 1992. Isabel is survived by three children, Edward A. Trujillo and wife Lenore of Pueblo, CO, Inez A. Salcido and husband Pete of Las Vegas, NV, and Daniel A. Trujillo of Rio Rancho, NM; one sister, Nellie Schaffer and husband Oliver of Albuquerque, NM; one brother, Fred Allison and wife Bernice of Flint, TX; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Robinson and husband Fredrick of Philadelphia, PA, and Evan Salcido of Las Vegas, NV; and one great-grandchild, Alexander Dakin Robinson of Philadelphia, PA. The Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2004 from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd.at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 18, 2004 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, November 19, 2004 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park.
