Kathy. Mrs. Kathy Y. Rios, 52, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on October 29, 2004. Mrs. Rios is survived by her loving husband of 22 years Mr. Anthony Rios Sr.; one daughter, Desiree Rios; one son, Anthony Rios Jr. and wife, Natalie; mother, Stella Trujillo and Horacio Silva; three sisters, Debbie Gurule and husband, Gordon, Elaine Valdez, and Julie Saiz and husband, Roger; four grandchildren, David Rios, Christopher Rios, Samantha Tapia, and Joey Brotherton; mother in law, Hope and husband Carlos Portillo; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Rios was preceded in death by her father Mr. David Trujillo. Mrs. Rios was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Mrs. Rios will be Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont Ave. NE, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Wednesday morning from 9:30am until 10:00am with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 10:00am. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Fred Costales, Larry Jahle, Mickey Gabaldon, Gene Duran, Anthony Duran, and Raymond Espinosa.
