Helen Gonzales died Friday, October 29, 2004 in Albuquerque at the age of 72. Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her husband, Valente Gonzales; children, Valente Gonzales Jr. and Rachel, Pauline Sais, Martha Oakeley and husband, Shaun, Sylvia Trejo, Mary Madrid and John, Virginia Gonzales & Oscar, Ernest Griego and wife, Rhonda, Della Griego, George Zamora and wife Bernadette, Jason Gonzales and Tiffany, and Christina Martinez and Richard; sisters, Mary Ann Lopez and Esther Otero; 22 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A Rosary for Mrs. Gonzales will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 1, 2004 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
