Alma Darnell was born in Amarillo, Texas on June 8, 1914. The Lord has called Alma home and the angels rejoice. Alma is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Darnell; their only son, Lawry A. Darnell of Albuquerque; their only grandson, Thomas M. Darnell of Las Vegas, Nevada; twin sister, Alpha Clark of Tucumcari, NM and older sister, Rosa Lee Davis of Albuquerque, NM. Alma was a member of the Montgomery Church of Christ. Services will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, on Monday, October 18, 2004, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Alma requests that contributions be made to the Albuquerque Christian Children's Home, 5700 Winter Haven Rd.
