Anthony P. Griego, Jr. was born February 12, 1976 and passed away suddenly, October 6, 2004. He was preceded in death by his father Anthony P. Griego Sr., and he is survived by his daughter, Adrianna Griego; mother, Kristina "Queena" and husband Ariel Marquez; brother, Adrian and wife Jeanne; two nieces, Alana and Ameerah; grandparents, Irene Duran, Nick Garcia and Robert Griego; two aunts, that he loved so much, Joann Gurule and her children, Christopher and Lissa, Arlene Lopez and her son David; God parents, Ernest and Claudia Montoya; God children, Krista Gurule and Richard Espinosa; ex-wife, Venessa; uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Duran; Aunts, Rose Saenz and Dolly Herrera; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and many friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, 4th and Mildred NW. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, October 10, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be celebrated on Monday, October 11, 2004 at 10:00am, with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Lopez, Christopher Gurule, Antonio Abeyta, Anthony Saenz, David Herrera and Pablo Montoya.
