Richard (Dick) Monahan. Dick was born August 1, 1942 in South Kingstown, RI. He passed away October 3, 2004 in Albuquerque, NM. Dick is survived by his mother, Bertha Monahan; his wife, Carrie Huguenin Monahan; his brother, William Monahan; his son, Paul Monahan and grandchildren, Wyatt and Colton Monahan; his daughter, Leanne Voyles and husband, Trent and grandchild, Daniel Voyles; and his granddaughter, Crystal Blanchard, and great-grandson, Jason Blanchard. Dick served as a lieutenant in the Air Force. He was also a computer operator at Sandia Labs. He achieved a fourth degree knighthood in the Knights of Columbus, and he became a Vice Chief in the Alabama Metis' Nation. Dick was also a lieutenant fire police chief for East Killingly CT and Wakefield RI. Dick has made many friends along his journey through life. He will be greatly missed.
