Edna M. Goode, 86, passed away in the loving arms of her daughters on Monday, October 4, 2004 in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by her children, Marie Olivo; Frank Selby; Denise Selby; and Bonnie Selby; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her cousin and dear friend, Marie Brown of Philadelphia, PA. Edna was a loving mother, a kind and generous person. She volunteered in the kitchen at Encino Terrace and liked to cook and share food with her neighbors. She especially enjoyed playing golf with her daughter Denise. She will be missed by her family and the many friends she had made at Encino Terrace, especially Lillie Martinez, Beverly Baas, Virginia Bose, Shirley, and Cleo. Her daughters friends have a surrogate Mom that will be deeply missed. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel at Encino Terrace at 609 Encino Place NE on Sunday October 10, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. A reception in the kitchen will follow. A private interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date.
