Robert M. Otero, age 47, beloved son, brother, and uncle was called home by our Heavenly Father on September 30, 2004. Robert was a resident of Albuquerque, grew up in Los Lunas and is a graduate of the Santa Fe School for the Deaf and Seattle Community College. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Robert was a great enthusiast of sports and the outdoors. He is survived by his parents, Manuel P. and Viola M. Otero; his sisters, Roberta Otero, Helen Williams and her husband, Charles Williams II, Diane Otero-Bell and her husband, Paul Bell; his brothers, Pete Otero and his wife, Stephine Otero, and Lawrence Otero; his nephew, Charles Williams III; and five nieces, Krista Thompson and her husband, Kevin Thompson, Alexandria and Katiana Otero, and RayLee and Eliana Bell; and a great niece, Savannah Williams. A viewing will be held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, October 4 at 5:30 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 6:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 5 at 10:00 a.m. at Sangre De Cristo Catholic Church in Valencia. Interment will follow at the Valencia Catholic Cemetery.
